Data we process: name, email, company and message you voluntarily send in the contact form, plus minimal technical metadata (IP truncated for security and rate limiting). We do not process special categories of data.

Purposes and legal basis: (1) answer your enquiry or quote request — pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR); (2) service security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest; (3) legal obligations when applicable.

Retention: we keep messages as long as needed to handle the request and then for statutory limitation periods. You can request deletion at any time.

Recipients: we do not sell data for advertising. Technical providers (hosting, transactional email) act as processors under GDPR contracts. International transfers, if any, rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
